Advertising, product catalogue, corporate, art and jewellery, architectural, interior design – you name it. You have it, Gary can photograph it.

B-Plus Studios offers in-studio and on-location services, according to your needs. Our Aldergrove photo studio can accommodate everything from tabletop items to large furniture to full room sets. Clients are welcome to attend studio photo shoots; digital images are displayed on a video screen, allowing you to review and assess each shot as it is taken. On location, the camera is tethered to a laptop, allowing similar preview of images.

As well as photography, B-Plus Studios offers a range of post-production and design work on the images we shoot for you: digital retouching, close-cutting, pre-press file preparation, catalogue and advertisement layout ... just tell us what you need done, and we'll do our best to make your project go as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

How much does it cost? 

In-Studio photography is quoted on either a per-hour or per-shot basis, depending upon which is judged likely to be the most economical for the client. Location work is generally billed out at an hourly rate, however there are exceptions, depending upon the nature of the project.

For most jobs, in addition to the hourly or per-shot fee there is a small digital image processing charge, to cover the work involved in converting and preparing the raw digital image file for client use. Post-production work, such as retouching or ad layout, is billed at a very reasonable hourly rate.

What about Copyright?

No worries, it's easy: When you provide the property or subject matter to be photographed, you are granted unlimited, unrestricted use rights to the images we produce. We charge you for the work we do, and as long as you pay your invoice, what you do with the images is entirely up to you. 

For all our work, we reserve the right to use the images for portfolio and self-promotion purposes. We may use the images on our website and printed promotional material, and/ or for other forms of self-promotion, but we will not use the images we produce for you for any other purpose, nor will we make them available to anyone else unless expressly directed to do so.

Copyright for scenic and nature photography and the like is negotiable. Copyright  for non-commissioned work that we sell – such as personal or stock photos – belongs solely to us; stock photos are sold on a limited, restricted use basis. The fees are negotiable.
